No. TOPA welcomes physicians at any stage — fully out-of-network, hybrid, direct-pay, or simply exploring independent models. Our community covers the full spectrum.
Is TOPA limited to physicians in the tri-state area?
Our programming and advocacy focus on New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, but physicians from neighboring regions are welcome to join. Many member benefits — including digital education and the community forum — are valuable regardless of location.
How much does membership cost?
