The Tri State Out of Network Physicians Alliance is established, with founding members from New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. The first newsletter and policy briefing launch.
TOPA hosts its first regional workshops on billing transparency, the No Surprises Act, and direct-pay strategy. Membership crosses dozens of specialties.
The TOPA Physician Summit launches in Princeton, bringing together physicians, billing experts, legal advisors, and entrepreneurs for two days of focused programming.
TOPA continues expanding advocacy efforts, member education, peer roundtables, and a growing referral network across the tri-state area.
